Each year The Enchanted Maze Garden at Arthurs Seat plants over 100,000 stalks of maize(corn) to create the Maize maze to add to their 7 other mazes. Opening mid February, the pattern of the Maize Maze changes every year to keep even the most talented and devoted maze goers guessing.
